- All the day time activities listed above and some of the evening ones will take place in the Main Hall. Meeting rooms are also available for hire throughout the week.
- Days and times are still subject to change. Check with the organisers below.
- * ‘Hall reserved for individual events’ means that it can be booked for a one-off event, such as a children’s party, birthday party, disco, wedding etc. It will not be possible to book regular recurring events at these times.

- Penny has also been asked about the possibility of Adult Salsa Sessions, Ballroom dancing classes and Tea Dances.
- The Badminton Court can be available in the evenings after the booked activities and at other free times, once the nets have been funded.
